Thriving Teams

Thriving Teams is an immersive 9-month programme for in-house lawyers wishing to develop and enhance their leadership skills. 

 

Through workshops, mentoring and group discussion, delegates will explore techniques to grow and motivate a team.  The programme will consider different leadership styles and support leaders in their personal and professional development.

This programme is ideal for in-house lawyers who are senior legal counsel and aspiring or new leaders.

Perfect for senior in-house lawyers who are:

  • keen to explore and grow their leadership style;

  • keen to maximise the potential of a team in which they operate (whether that be a legal team or a team of commercial stakeholders);
