About Being Human

Being Human company founded by sisters, Helen & Claire.

Our mission is to drive change in the legal profession by empowering in-house lawyers with knowledge about the human body, mind and behaviour to better understand our fundamental capability and limitations.

We are proud of our reputation of being accessible, relatable and human-first and we are committed to reflecting our three core values in all that we do. We strive to be kind, brave and whole-hearted.

Our Framework

Using the discipline of Human Factors as our framework, we apply scientific knowledge about the human body, mind and behaviour to better understand our fundamental capabilities and limitations.

We use that understanding to shape the optimum environment for technical skills and human skills to work together to maximise human performance.

Human Factors is an integral part of all aviation and medical training, and we believe that it has equal value to the legal and veterinary professions.
